Milestones

53000 blog page views!  That is a hard thing to believe.  It's been two years since I started the blog, and am continuously surprised at the amount of information, and amusement, and friendship that I receive and give from the wonderful people that I meet as I write posts and read posts.  So, THANKS EVERYONE!

Since I wrote about Hera staring and rooing at me the other day, I want to tell you about her new development!  First I want to stress that she is beautifully house trained and absolutely never does any bathroom stuff inside my motorhome.  NEVER!

Day before yesterday she had stared at me all day and rooed at me frequently.  I found it to be somewhat annoying, but then yesterday afternoon, we went outside for a stroll, and she did her pee and poop business right away (rare...she likes to keep me waiting a long while).  On we walked, and then she pooped more.  That was a surprise.

We kept walking, and then she did another huge poop!  Three huge poops!  I couldn't believe it, due to her very small stature.  How she could contain that much was a mystery to me!

I figured out that she had to be very empty.   By the time I had carried the three large poop bags to a trash area, my carrying arm was tired, and then Power wanted to add his business to the weight on the carrying arm!  ENOUGH, guys!

This morning, at 4:30 I began to hear the Hera's opera voice, first very soft and volume increasing gradually.  I told her to hush but she would start up again and I finally got out of bed and we went outside.  Hera led me a few yards away from my motorhome, and we (I mean she) stopped  to make a large deposit.  I was giving Power a chance to make his own deposit and also pee, when I noticed that Hera had dropped another deposit!  I couldn't believe my eyes!  What kind of storage on her insides is this small queenly greyhound using to store this!?

She looks so innocent!

  4. Ha ha ha! We often wonder the same thing about Flattery! And my husband thinks that if we feed her more, she'll put on weight, but I am pretty convinced at this point that it just means more poop!
