I've been trying to inset a photo of Hera in the blog header, but so far have not figured out how to get the entire project done. I used a crafting program and was successful in inserting Hera's photo over Fleur's photo, but am now unable to save the altered photo as a jpeg format. The crafting program insists on saving it as a Craft format!
I tried taking a photo of the computer screen with the changed header, but then I had a fuzzy header! It didn't look good at all!
Also, the layout feature of the blogger program required that I have a blog title, and that showed up in the header, covering the name of the blog that was already in the blog header. That looked awful!
So I decided to forgo the blog header photos of our pets, and let the name of the blog be the header.
I like the new header and it's nice you can have the photos of your fur babies down the side. I must admit that when I change something on my blog, I am flying by the seat of my pants. Always so worried I am going to erase everything:)
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a good week. Sue & Polly
I agree with your comments about fear of erasing everything!
DeleteComputers are a complete mystery to me and working things like that out is even harder. Hope you manage to do it okay, it will look great!

Thanks for the encouragement!
DeleteIf you want to use the old header: Choose File at the top left of the screen, then Export, then Export as a Picture, choose Select Area, and then Export. It will export as a .png, which will work. Try that and see if it works.
ReplyDeleteThe title of your blog looks good by itself. :)
Thanks teacher!
DeleteIt's been awhile since I used Blogger, but I'm pretty sure you can take the "title" of the blog off and use just an image. It's what I did. But I still think the blog looks nice as it now is!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the suggestions. I believe that you are correct!
