ReplyDeleteI think it's no more difficult than caring for a septic system, hot water tank, and etc with a house. And I know it's a lot less expensive!

ReplyDeleteIf you have a hot water heater, it will get sediment like mine, but maybe you won't know it! Also a lot of homes have septic systems and/or clay drainage pipes that fail.
DeleteYep, septic systems can be a problem with homes. We had two homes with them. We also had clay drainpipes that failed in the house that was on the city system. I don't miss those problems. LOL
