The remote was bad and the newer models used a different set of wiring, so I "upgraded" the parts that needed the wall remote and got a wireless remote.Hazelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07418668511495166842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921775815158893571.post-56181032778086228172014-05-17T11:21:03.334-07:002014-05-17T11:21:03.334-07:00Glad you were able to get the fan fixed - that'...Glad you were able to get the fan fixed - that's always the first thing i do when it's hot in The Palms. First the Fantastic fan in the ceiling, then the Endless Breeze fan gets plugged into the dash, then the neck wraps come out of the fridge. That usually means I don't have to run the A/C. Those three things really keep me and Katie cool. At least most of the time. I did run the A/C at Elephant Butte last week, though, because it was hot and I needed to run the generator under a load, so that was a good time to do it. :)Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16516591720277269204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921775815158893571.post-80591671866890117742014-05-17T04:30:56.724-07:002014-05-17T04:30:56.724-07:00Curious As to what the upgrade was. I think we women especially dread dealing with home servicemen and car servicemen--and as RVers we have to do both! Enjoy the cool air flow!Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04479780624208966355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921775815158893571.post-86454200486900776062014-05-16T17:24:00.736-07:002014-05-16T17:24:00.736-07:00Sue, I do have one of those neck ties for Power. ...Sue, I do have one of those neck ties for Power.
